 The consultants are experienced and capable Lutheran school leaders, district education executives, and pastors of congregations with schools. Each brings a specific skill and experiential base, along with consulting skills, and a consultant personality. These consultants have been trained specifically to serve schools and congregations who are interested in improving, but have had difficulty finding the direction for such improvement. Without salary, they are serving in order to provide this ministry to schools and their operating congregations.
